- This part-time position is looking for skilled call center candidates at our site in Post Office Square, MA. Applicants must live in Massachusetts, have EPIC/ registration system experience (please list on resume as applicable), and have reliable high-speed home internet. This role is fully remote after training (around 2-6 weeks, depending on experience) and should be located close enough to our site for on-site training as needed. This is a great opportunity to grow within the call center field and make a positive difference for our patients within a great company!
- Under direct supervision, receives incoming calls and inquiries, assists patients with appointment and care management. Supports interdisciplinary care delivery, providing excellent customer service and problem-solving to enhance patient/clinician relationships. Must have clear verbal and written communication skills to improve patient access and understanding.
Education/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) from an accredited institution or governmental body required.
- Bachelor’s or other non-clinical degree with an interest in healthcare is preferred.
Experience
- At least one year in clinical or customer service setting preferred.
- Computer proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets required.
- EMR experience or aptitude to learn EMR systems based on other technology experience required.
- High-volume call center experience preferred.
Skills
- Professional and appropriate communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of patient-related documents is a plus.
