Customer Service Representative - Remote

Lensa, a leading career site for job seekers at all career stages, is partnering with Sharecare, a digital health company, to find qualified Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). This remote position is open nationwide within the United States.

Job Summary

The CSR handles inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and delivers excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy. The role involves managing routine inquiries via phone and email, recording communications accurately, and using a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting. CSRs may also assess needs, explain programs, and promote services or products.

Essential Job Functions
  • Identify and prioritize caller needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement resolution plans efficiently.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and collaborate with other teams.
  • Analyze problems and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Educate callers on program benefits proactively.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics, attendance, and quality standards.
  • Accurately process and document information using computer tools.
  • Build rapport with callers and adapt communication styles as needed.
  • Provide accurate information about Sharecare’s programs and services.
  • Escalate and follow up on issues internally.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook; keyboard and internet navigation skills required.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
