We are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote in Urbandale, IA, Franklin, MA, Houston, TX, Tampa, FL, and Miami, FL.
Training & work will be remote. Candidates need to have a quiet/professional space to take calls and work with minimal distractions. While this is work from home, breaks are scheduled, and the candidates will be expected to be present and online when working for the full shift outside of scheduled break times.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in an office environment, prior call center experience preferred.
This is a call center role.
