Why This Role Stands Out

In this consultative sales role, you'll advise small business clients on tailored commercial insurance solutions across a variety of industries. Working in an inbound call environment (7–10 daily calls), you’ll provide expert guidance, help mitigate risk, and offer white-glove service to both members and non-members. No cold calling—just meaningful connections and impactful conversations.

We offer 13–15 weeks of paid training, advanced tools, and direct access to multiple carriers to ensure you're set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Guide clients through commercial insurance needs by building trust and recommending risk management solutions.
• Leverage multiple carrier platforms to quote and bind policies for a wide range of industries.
• Document recommendations and interactions accurately to maintain compliance and reduce liability.
• Support high-net-worth and complex accounts with dedicated, concierge-level service.
• Stay informed on evolving industry regulations and carrier appetite to best serve each client.
• Use tools like Salesforce and Agency Management Systems to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of insurance sales/service experience, with at least 1 year in a commercial or high-value agency environment.
• Active P&C insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to advise and educate.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
• 4+ years of experience placing new commercial insurance business in multi-state environments.
• Hands-on experience binding and quoting directly with insureds.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Prior success in a fast-paced call center or virtual environment.
• Competitive salary range: $43,680.00 - $76,610.00 based on experience and location.
