This remote position involves providing world-class customer service to auto insurance customers, resolving inquiries, and procuring total loss information from insurers and vehicle owners. All onboarding and training will be virtual; a desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset will be provided. The starting wage is $20.50 per hour. Benefits start from day one, with promotional opportunities within six months based on performance.
