What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
- Follow standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
- Maintain accurate record-keeping in accordance with employer specifications
- Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information on processes and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement activities/projects and assist in additional team/organizational projects as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree is a plus
- 3 or more years of Customer Service experience
- Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Power BI
