Right now, we’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote role with flexible hours, and it’s perfect for someone who’s passionate about helping people and looking for meaningful, part-time work.

What this role is all about

As a Customer Service Representative (or CSR, as we like to call it), you’ll be one of the first voices our clients and candidates hear. You’ll handle inquiries through email, chat, or phone—offering support, answering questions, and making sure people feel taken care of.

Whether it’s helping a job seeker navigate an application or guiding a client through our services, you’ll be making someone’s day a little easier. And that’s a big deal.

What you’ll be doing

  • Chatting with clients and candidates via email, phone, and live chat—answering questions, solving issues, and providing clear information about our services.
  • Helping candidates with things like assessments, interview scheduling, and online applications.
  • Working closely with our internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues.
  • Keeping records updated in our systems so we can stay organized and efficient.
  • Flagging common issues and sharing feedback so we can continuously improve the experience.
  • Representing Korn Ferry’s values with kindness, professionalism, and respect—every step of the way.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to have every box checked, but here are a few things that would make someone a great fit for this role:

  • You’ve got at least 1 year of customer service experience—maybe in retail, a call center, admin support, or something similar.
  • You’re a strong communicator—friendly, clear, and good at breaking things down so people understand.
  • You’re empathetic and patient—someone who genuinely wants to help others.
  • You’re comfortable working remotely and managing your time independently.
  • You’re tech-savvy—you can pick up new systems quickly and feel confident navigating different tools and platforms (we use things like CRM software, Microsoft 365, applicant tracking systems, etc.).
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling a few things at once.
  • You’re flexible—you don’t mind change and can roll with new processes or priorities.
