What You Will Do – As a Stryker Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to perform with honesty and integrity, providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7pm EST. Overtime may be required as needed.
What You Need – Required: At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Call Center experience, High School diploma or GED, and ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred: Associates or Bachelors Degree, ERP experience (SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, Power BI).
Compensation: $20.08 – $32.87 per hour plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Actual pay varies based on location, skills, and experience.
