Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for its luxury appliance brands. This role will involve taking calls and creatively resolving problems while exhibiting professionalism and top-notch customer service.
Training will be conducted on-site in Goodyear, AZ for three months, followed by a part-time schedule. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Our Customer Service Representatives dedicate themselves to supporting our luxury appliance brands. They take calls from product owners, prospects, service and installation partners, dealers, and product distributors to answer questions on a wide range of topics and creatively resolve problems. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to learn, and solution‑oriented individuals will thrive in this role.
Training: On‑site in Goodyear, AZ for 3 months, Monday – Friday. (Month One: 8:00 am – 5:00 p.m.; Month Two: ¾ time with varied hours). After the initial training period, a part‑time schedule of 25–29 hours per week will be adopted. Days and times may vary each week. Must live within 100 miles of Goodyear, AZ.

This position requires a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
