Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time customer service representative to support families, providers, and insurers by phone. This remote role follows a 6:30am–3:00pm Arizona time shift, with a typical daily call volume of 40–70.

You will handle registration, schedule appointments, explain costs and copays, and maintain compassionate, professional communication. We require 1–2 years of customer service and computer software experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving

• Exceptional communication, phone etiquette, and problem-solving skills.
