Customer service representatives for O'Quinn Insurance communicate with clients daily. Representatives generate leads from current customers, make policy changes, and assist call‑ins with their insurance needs. Team members receive bonuses for generating leads from current customers, with no limit to the amount of bonus they are eligible to receive. Representatives will go through training in insurance, customer service, and our industry‑leading systems. No insurance knowledge is required for this position.

• Fully trained/validated in 90 days

This position will be located in our Palm Coast office at 1499 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Ste F, Palm Coast, FL 32137.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year (annual base salary + commission + bonus opportunities).
