Job summary

Vomela in High Point, NC is seeking a responsive CSR to manage daily workflow, coordinate with Sales and Production teams, and ensure accurate job quoting and documentation. You will oversee proofs, order entry, and communication with clients throughout the day.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year in customer relations, and at least 1 year in graphics printing. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Two years of college preferred.
• One year of experience in the printing of graphics industry.
• One year of experience in customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, Sales Representatives, Estimating, Production, Prepress, Purchasing and Delivery departments and with colleagues and outside vendors.
• Review daily job reports to ensure on-schedule, review delivery reports and discuss delivery concerns with supervisors; review proofs and send to clients; ensure quotes match; re-quote if needed and inform customers of price changes in writing; enter jobs into the system; label materials; provide folding dummies; discuss ARMS Sales Call Log with the Sales Representative.
• Resolve customer questions and problems as they arise.
• Analyze increases or decreases of business within an account and identify reasons per quarter in combination with sales.

Job description

• CSR’s interact regularly with customers, Sales Representatives, Estimating, Production, Prepress, Purchasing and Delivery departments as well as with other CSR’s and outside vendors
• Responsible for daily workflow: reviews daily job report each morning to ensure all jobs are on schedule; reviews daily delivery reports and discusses any delivery concerns with the appropriate supervisors; reviews and write-up proofs to go out to clients throughout the day; turns in proofs to production when they return from customers; fills out the proper forms necessary to account for changes and additional charges; ensures jobs match the quotes before turning them into production; has jobs re-quoted if needed and informs customers of price changes in writing; enters jobs into the system; writes job number and date on all supplied materials; ensures lasers are provided to production on ALL jobs; provides folding dummies on book work; prints out Sales Call Log (“ARMS”) and discusses with Sales Representative who is to contact which accounts and when
