Job description

This role supports enrolled students and their families at an online K-12 education company, answering questions and resolving issues throughout the learning journey. Duties include following up on student progress, helping with course scheduling and class changes, handling parent complaints, and working with teaching and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Candidates should have prior experience in customer service, customer success, or education support, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role requires fluency in Mandarin along with proficient English communication, comfort using multiple digital tools, and the ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced setting. Weekend availability is preferred.

This is a full-time contractor position paying $20-25 per hour plus performance-based commission, targeting $50K-$74K per year, working 40 hours per week including some weekend hours. The role is remote and open to candidates residing in the USA.
