Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our Insurance Call Center team. You will answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about insurance policies and AAA memberships. The role offers starting pay of $21.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour for English/Spanish fluency.

Training is 100% remote for about 4 months, with a post-training full-time schedule. Must reside in Ohio.

• Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services.
• Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset.
• Think quickly and critically to resolve issues - this is not a scripted environment.

• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance.

Customer Service Representative Insurance

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team.

What We Offer

• Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
• Bilingual Fluency: earn an additional $1.00/hour for English/Spanish fluency (assessment provided)
• Location Requirement: Must reside within the State of Ohio
• Remote Training Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 10:00am-10:00pm Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 10:00am-8:00pm. When a Saturday shift is scheduled, a weekday off will be provided. During Bullpen (on-the-job training), Saturday shifts between 10:00am-8:00pm will include taking live calls.
• Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 10:00am-10:30pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 10:00am-8:15pm. One weekday off will be provided each week.
