FASTSIGNS West Dallas is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales & Customer Experience) to join a fast-paced, creative team dedicated to helping businesses bring their brand to life through custom signs and graphics.

You’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, guide solutions, prepare estimates, and manage projects from start to finish while coordinating with production and installation teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or inside sales.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and order entry systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic calculations.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
