FASTSIGNS West Dallas is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales & Customer Experience) to be the first contact for walk-ins, calls, and emails, guiding clients through signage solutions and managing projects from start to finish.

You will prepare estimates, process orders, coordinate with production, and strive to generate repeat business while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or inside sales.
• Strong communication and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers, email, and order-entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers.
• Guide customers through solutions by recommending signage and graphics products.
