FASTSIGNS West Dallas is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales & Customer Experience) to join a fast-paced, creative team. You’ll be the first touch for walk-in, phone, and email customers, guiding them to signage and graphics solutions while driving sales.

This role offers base pay with commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule 8 AM–5 PM, paid holidays, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or inside sales.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and order entry systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic calculations.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers.
• Guide customers through solutions by recommending signage and graphics products.
• Prepare estimates, process orders, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and marketing efforts.
