Job Description

Leidos is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives at our FHA Resource Centers in Indianapolis, IN. Our team supports the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Single-Family Housing, in their mission to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes for all.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist renters, homebuyers, and homeowners with their housing requests. This role offers an opportunity to learn about HUD rental assistance programs and FHA Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage programs through ongoing training, while delivering excellent customer service to connect clients with program resources.

Opportunities Available

• Full-time (30-40 hours/week)
• Work hours: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm ET in Indianapolis, IN (subject to change)
• Options for split shifts with manager approval

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails regarding housing and FHA mortgages
• Use knowledge bases and follow SOPs to address customer requests
• Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume call center, including handling complaints
• Document customer interactions in internal databases

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of contact center or telephone customer service experience
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
• English proficiency; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Call Center (Omnichannel) experience
• Experience in rental property management or mortgage servicing

The pay rate is $18.00 per hour. This position is covered under the Service Contract Act, including minimum wage and benefits requirements.
