Job summary

The Vermont Country Store is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for seasonal, part-time in-person work at our Rutland, VT location. You will assist customers by phone and in-store, helping them find products from our catalog and online store.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Must be a Vermont resident and at least 16 years old. Fast-paced environment with opportunities for year-round employment and seasonal perks are available.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help customers find exactly what they need—and perhaps something they didn’t know they wanted from our catalog and online store. Full- and part-time seasonal positions are available!

Current Customer Service Hours of Operation

Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Who We're Looking For

• Must be a Vermont resident
• Must have an internet speed of at least 40mbps for remote work

• Must be age 16 or older
• Dependable, enthusiastic, flexible team player
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Ability to use a laptop, keyboard, and mouse
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
