The Vermont Country Store in North Clarendon, VT is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Replenishment Associate to keep pick locations stocked and ensure fast, accurate customer orders during peak season.

You will stock shelves using handheld scanners, move products safely, and collaborate with Receiving and Packing teams to meet daily goals in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Warehouse Replenishment Associate

Our busy season is ramping up, and we're looking for motivated team members to help keep products flowing throughout our Distribution Center. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and playing a key role behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Seasonal Warehouse Replenishment Associate, you'll ensure our pick locations stay stocked so customer orders can be filled quickly and accurately. Your work helps keep the entire operation running smoothly during our busiest time of year.

What You’ll Do

• Replenish inventory from reserve storage locations to active pick locations
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse technology to complete replenishment tasks
• Move products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Ensure products are stocked accurately and in the correct locations
• Monitor inventory levels and prioritize replenishment needs
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Work closely with Picking, Packing, and Receiving teams to support daily goals

Physical Requirements

Schedule

• Seasonal position with opportunities for overtime during peak periods
• Various shift schedules may be available

Where We Are:

This job is performed entirely in-person at our Operations Center at 401 Innovation Drive, North Clarendon, VT 05759.

“The Bus” stops at our front door several times a day! Look for the Rutland Airport Business Park stop on the Manchester-Rutland bus line. You can also request our stop on the Ludlow line when it is running between Thanksgiving and Easter. We always do our best to accommodate schedules for employees who ride The Bus and provide free passes as a perk for all employees.
