Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, 1 year IT or e-commerce ops experience or equivalent.
• Experience with SEO and HTML; test case development; willing to be trained.
• Effective communication, good judgment and collaboration with staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing digital versions of our print catalog.
• Use the website’s API client to resolve customer and data issues.
• Collaborate with web merchandisers, SEO specialists, marketing experts, and developers to enhance site.
• Develop test cases for automated testing tools.

A Sampling of What You’ll Do

• Assist in producing digital versions of our print catalog
• Use the website’s API client to resolve customer and data issues
• Collaborate with web merchandisers, SEO specialists, marketing experts, and developers to identify and implement website enhancements
• Develop test cases for automated testing tools
• Coordinate testing resources
• Work with Marketing and Digital professionals to improve our customers’ online experience

Who We’re Looking For

• Associates degree in Computer Science, one year of IT or e-commerce operations experience, or equivalent experience
• Experience with SEO, HTML, test case development, and preferred, but will train the right person
• Ability to communicate effectively, exhibit sound judgment, and deal constructively with staff and leadership
