Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred in hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, in a professional manner.

• Enter reservations into the system following standard procedures.

This position must be knowledgeable about our products and services as well as anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and problem solving. The role will interact with customers in a professional manner while exhibiting diplomacy and tact when handling and resolving complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.Provides professional and great customer serviceResponds efficiently to customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims, and reports problem areasEnters reservations into the computer according to standard operating proceduresFollows all company policies and procedures; ensures personal appearance is clean and professionalCompletes responsibilities with a minimal amount of supervisionFollow written instructions and documented proceduresPerforms other related duties as assignedce6 months to 1 year of Customer service (Call Center) experience preferred in hospitality or entertainment industryAbility to communicate effectively, verbal and written in a professional demeanorAbility to work a flexible, changing schedule with regards to days and hoursAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detailsStrong people skills and good at conflict resolution – is a team playerProficient in Microsoft Office productsHigh school diploma or equivalent
