Responsibilities
- The Service Technician performs scheduled preventive repairs with specialized knowledge of maintenance on amusement equipment to Theme Parks, Malls, and other Venues.
- As a Service Technician you will need to be experienced in equipment maintenance/service, mechanically inclined and willing to work outdoors in inclement weather.
- Performs maintenance and preventive services for our mobility, locker, strollers, wheelchairs, ECV’s, arcade machines, and other allied equipment
- Responsible cash collection and deposits
- Diagnoses and maintains documentation, including maintenance inspection records
- Troubleshoots/Clean equipment and makes recommendations to clients
- Completes parts order as needed and prepares equipment, tools, materials for service work
- Responsible for knowledge of interpreting manuals as required
- Follow company policies/procedures and performs other duties as assigned
- Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays
- Demonstrates a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Works independently with limited supervision
- Travel may be required
