Job summary

Us Med- Equip in the United States is seeking a Delivery Technician to transport and service life-saving medical equipment to healthcare facilities. You will load, secure, and deliver gear, maintain company vehicles, and support branch warehouse operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to read English, perform basic math, and communicate effectively with hospital staff.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math computations.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned
