About CarMax Auto Finance

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with various departments to resolve customer questions and educate them about their accounts. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days, contingent on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate information regarding accounts.
  • Resolve concerns efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Educate customers on account details, including finance charges, late fees, credit reporting, payment options, and account management tools.
  • Document interactions thoroughly in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues in compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or 6 months of related experience.

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Hybrid role: 4 days in-person, 1 day remote weekly.
  • Flexible schedule, including daytime and evening shifts.
  • Initial training in person for three weeks; first six weeks from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
