Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues while working for an industry leader.
- Put customer needs first and improve the car buying experience.
- Work with different departments to resolve questions/issues.
- Educate customers on account details and available options.
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or 6 months of related experience.
- Basic to moderate computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.

Work Environment & Schedule:
- Hybrid role: 4 days in-person, 1 day remote.
- Flexible schedule, including daytime and evening shifts.
- Initial training in person for 3 weeks; first 6 weeks follow a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
