Job summary

Service Professionals is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Union, NJ team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences for heating, cooling, and electrical service requests.

We seek individuals who are friendly, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while building rapport with customers. HVAC or plumbing familiarity is helpful, and ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
