What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationwide
- Accurately input information into various fields and maintain CRM database
- Manage the life cycle of customer orders from processing to follow-up
- Verify items and customer information entered for accuracy
- Process payments and follow up on pending payments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must possess data entry skills and be computer literate

- Previous experience navigating Great Plains (GP) software
