Job summary

XPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the United States. The role centers on billing shipments, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving documentation discrepancies on a typical day, with a focus on accuracy and service levels across the logistics network.

You’ll work on a team that values clear communication and efficient problem solving, supporting customers through rate quotes, tariff details and billing questions while performing essential clerical duties.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

Pay, benefits and more:

• Expected pay range: $25.19to $28.98 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
