Job summary

XPO Logistics Freight Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers with shipments, billing questions, and documentation. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong computer and typing skills, and flexibility to work shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Pay starts at 22.10 per hour, with benefits for those scheduled 30+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements

• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
• Process over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution
