Kane's Furniture is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our in-store team. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, process payments, and help with financing and refunds while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Demonstrates strong customer service acumen and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle inquiries and payments accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision and follow up as needed.
• Handle payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records using available technology and reports.
• Perform clerical service tasks including scheduling, routing, parts ordering.
• Keep customer service reports up to date and accurate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prompt recognition of internal and external customers.
• Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone.
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Follows up with customers in a timely fashion.
• Handles payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records by utilizing all available technology.
• Executing the clerical service functions to include scheduling, routing, finalizing and parts ordering.
• Update and maintain all customer service reports and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned
