Kane's Furniture in New York's Town of Florida area is seeking a results‑driven Customer Service Representative to join our busy showrooms. Full-time role involves assisting customers, processing payments, and maintaining records with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• 1+ year experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in showroom.
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Handle payments, financing and refunds.
• Maintain accurate records using available technology.
• Clerical tasks: scheduling, routing, finalizing and parts ordering.
• Update and maintain all customer service reports and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prompt recognition of internal and external customers.
• Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone.
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Follows up with customers in a timely fashion.
• Handles payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records by utilizing all available technology.
• Executing the clerical service functions to include scheduling, routing, finalizing and parts ordering.
• Update and maintain all customer service reports and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned
