HOURS: Monday through Friday between 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM and rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM

As a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Weston branch, you'll help customers with everyday banking needs and keep things running smoothly at the front line. You're here to make visits easy, accurate, and welcoming.

Your Typical Shift

You’ll arrive, get set up, and check what the day has in store-then it's on to a steady rhythm of customer conversations, quick questions, and \"thanks for your help!\" moments. Between lobby traffic and phone calls, you'll stay focused, keep your work tidy, and lean on teammates when things pick up. Most weekdays fall between 7:45 AM–5:15 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM–12:15 PM-just enough weekend time to keep life balanced. You'll wrap up by ensuring everything is in order so the next day starts on a strong note.
