A leading furniture retailer is seeking Customer Service Representatives to be part of their success in Lakeland, Florida. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and communication skills, handling customer issues independently while providing exceptional service. • Execute the clerical service functions to include scheduling, routing, finalizing and parts ordering.
• Update and maintain all customer service reports and records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prompt recognition of internal and external customers.
• Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone.
