Job summary

Kane's Furniture in New York seeks an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to support daily store operations, assist customers with pickups, and help keep the showroom looking inviting.

You will unload furniture, assist in merchandising, maintain lighting and visuals, and help with sanitation and housekeeping. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Strong teamwork and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer pickup in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Unload furniture from the Transfer truck from our Distribution Center.
• Support the Manager in merchandising and decorating of the store.
• Maintain the store’s lighting and visual program.
• Support our store’s sanitation and housekeeping program.
• Support the sales floor and sales staff with moving furniture for customers, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Warehouse Associate opportunity

• Handle customer pick‑up in a friendly and courteous manner
• Unload furniture from the Transfer truck from our Distribution Center
• Support the Manager in merchandising and decorating of the store
• Maintain the store’s lighting and visual program
• Support our store’s sanitation and housekeeping program
