Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a dedicated Call Center Associate to answer inbound calls from members, providers and pharmacies about Pharmacy Benefit Management benefits and mail-order services. This role supports approximately 70–80 calls daily and may require working from home with a reliable broadband connection.

• A dedicated workspace with no distractions is required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, customer service, or billing is highly preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel.
• Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful even when dealing with difficult situations.
• Foster teamwork and partnership with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
