Job summary

Cummings Plumbing Heating & Cooling seeks a friendly Service Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, emails and scheduling with customers and technicians in Tucson, AZ. You will maintain accurate customer accounts and communicate clearly with the field team to ensure timely service.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, basic MS Office skills, and a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or dispatcher environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service and/or dispatcher environment.
• Detail oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel and Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails with fast, friendly service.
• Coordinate with technicians to inform scheduling and service needs.
• Update customers on technician ETA and appointment details.
• Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Review customer account information for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Shifts are evenings and Saturdays.

Cummings Plumbing Heating & Cooling is searching for an individual with customer service and dispatching experience to join our growing team. Service Representative will provide support to customers by initiating and answering customers via inbound calls, inbound emails and outbound calls. The position requires a friendly attitude and pleasant disposition.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails while providing fast and friendly customer experience.
• Communicate with technicians to inform of scheduling and service needs.
• Update customers as needed of technicians eta.
• Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Review customer account information to ensure accuracy.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management.
