Requirements:
  1. 1+ years of customer service experience in a technical environment.
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  4. Strong ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
  5. Knowledge of payment processing systems is a plus.
  6. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  2. Troubleshoot complex payment processing issues efficiently.
  3. Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
  4. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring follow-through.
  5. Provide feedback for product and service improvements.
  6. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  8. Create and update support documentation as needed.
