Customer Service Representative position will be responsible for helping the company attain sales goals for new clients and providing customer service to current agency customers, including processing payments and endorsements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customers for quoting new business
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
