Position: Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Requirements: Professional office experience and strong persuasive communication skills required. Candidates must be highly organized, capable of managing high call volumes, and proficient in scheduling multiple technicians. Previous experience in HVAC dispatching or a related trade is strongly preferred.
