We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the primary hub of communication at our Clive, IA warehouse. Work With Us (Core Responsibilities):

• Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
• Order Processing: Handle incoming orders, schedule and coordinate shipments, and track freight to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Warehouse Coordination: Work directly with the warehouse staff to assist with inventory management, order fulfillment verification, and troubleshooting any shipping or receiving discrepancies.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory data within our management systems.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support (experience in warehousing, logistics, or dispatch is a huge plus, but not required).
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn inventory and order processing software quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
