Responsibilities

• Taking and processing orders via phone, email, or electronic systems
• Interacting with customers at the walk-up window
• Processing online & EDI orders
• Preparing orders for warehouse fulfillment
• Confirming orders and printing invoices daily
• Communicating with restaurant management, senior living facilities, dip shops, mobile vending customers, and schools regarding sales trends and issues
• Distributing marketing materials enthusiastically
• Maintaining communication with the routing manager about deliveries
