Compensation: $20.00 / hour
Astrana Health is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Our values include:
Answer all daily calls from members, providers, health plans, insurance brokers, collection agents, and hospitals. Collect and elicit information, verify authorizations, claims, eligibility, and document all interactions. Assist with outreach, appointments, and resolve concerns, maintaining confidentiality. Handle special notifications, urgent authorizations, transportation arrangements, and outreach projects.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to member and provider inquiries, authorizations, grievances, and other miscellaneous requests. Provide translation support in Spanish and Chinese. Support concierge services including new member transfers, complex case management, and problem solving.
Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
