Marsh McLennan Agency is hiring a Customer Service Representative on the Business Insurance team in Annapolis. You will provide prompt, courteous service, handle policy changes, certificates and EOI, and assist with policy audits.

The role requires at least 1 year in Commercial Insurance and 2 years of customer service, with a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days. Competitive benefits and base salary are offered.

A day in the life.

As our Customer Service Representative on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• At least 1 year of Commercial Insurance experience
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience working with EPIC

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
