Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Maryland is seeking a Customer Service Associate on the Business Insurance team to deliver prompt, knowledgeable client service. You will assist with policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits, while upholding accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred; EPIC experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits.
• Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues on the Business Insurance team.
• Maintain accuracy while handling client requests and supporting team operations.

A day in the life.

As our Customer Service Associate on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Two (2) years Business Insurance experience
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience working with EPIC

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
