Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Customer Service Representative on the Business Insurance team. You will deliver prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues, processing policy changes, certificates and property insurance documents, and conducting policy audits with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), at least 1 year in Commercial Insurance, 2 years in customer service, and legal

As our Customer Service Representative on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• At least 1 year of Commercial Insurance experience.
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience working with EPIC.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
