Job summary

Boyne Resorts in Wixom, MI is seeking a high-energy candidate to join our Boyne Rewards loyalty Program team, delivering exceptional guest service and helping guests create lasting memories.

You will work with a CRM to manage customer needs, handle daily phone and email inquiries, enroll members, maintain accounts, and process gift cards; benefits include health coverage, PTO, a 401(k) match, and free ski access at Boyne properties.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Excellent writing skills to write product descriptions, chat online with customers and respond to emails.
• Highly developed verbal communication, and interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with a CRM program to manage all customers’ needs.
• Daily phone communication with external and internal guests.
• Post missing points to customer accounts.
• Facilitate membership enrollments.
• Member account maintenance.
• Manages and creates gift cards.
• Limited website work.
• Answer phones and emails as they come in.
• Other duties may be assigned.
