Overview

Join Ascend Staffing as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Sunnyvale, Texas, reporting to our North Dallas branch. In this role, you’ll provide daily administrative and workforce support for staffing operations while helping ensure employees, client supervisors, and internal teams receive excellent communication and service.

• Reporting Branch: North Dallas
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour + 1% OI (Operating Income)
• Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish

Work Schedule

This position offers two full-time shift options:

• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support to staffing operations
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation
• Support compliance procedures and help ensure policy adherence
• Assist with onboarding, employee check-ins, and new hire processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and employees
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and daily workforce needs
• Communicate employee updates, attendance issues, and operational needs as appropriate

Customer Service Representative Qualifications & Requirements
