Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Georgia location. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service in an on-site, full-time role.

Responsibilities include processing orders, advising on products and pricing, and guiding customers through online ordering. We value training, growth, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in both verbal and written forms.
