Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Braselton, GA. This full-time, on-site position focuses on building customer relationships, delivering solutions, and providing legendary service.

You will process orders, answer product, pricing and shipping questions, and assist customers via phone, email and chat. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, growing company

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
